We advertiser our pricing because others wont, standing behind our work and billing policies is what sets us apart, no hidden fees or inflated bills. if we take 15 minuets to fix your forklift you will be billed 15 minutes, not 6 hours.
Your booking will schedule a Certified Technician, possessing either a Red Seal or TQ certification, for the purpose of conducting repairs and maintenance on your equipment. In the event that the task cannot be completed within the designated time frame or for the specified fee, you will be provided with a quotation for the completion of the repair.

Prices and times are non negotiable, service vans are GPS tracked, we do not do billing on customer videos or perceived time spent. all times are rounded up not down.*
NOTES:
1. The technician will arrive within the designated time slot. Should there be any issues causing the technician to be more than 60 minutes late, you will be notified.
2. Most services require a quote and parts. Please do not assume that your equipment will be repaired on the first visit unless you have provided us with a detailed description of the issue and the required parts, including part numbers. If the provided diagnosis is incorrect, you will be charged in full for the ordered parts and the service performed. For the best results, we recommend allowing us to conduct the necessary diagnostics.
3. Time slots are estimates. A late arrival or early departure of the technician does not qualify for a discount.
4. Appointments may be canceled up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled arrival of a technician. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a charge for the full quoted price of the service, as the technician will have been reserved exclusively for you.
